Heat on high for 1 minute, turning halfway through heating to avoid hot spots. If additional warmth is needed, continue heating in 20-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat continuously for more than 2 minutes. For cooling relief, place the heat pillow in the refrigerator until chilled. Not suitable for flatbed microwaves. Care Instructions Spot clean only.
