This time from none other than Jonathan Gasca, who produced Jack Simpson's Winning Coffee for the Barista Championships 2025. And on top, it's a Pacamara (for which we are known to have a not-so-secret preference...)! Tropical Fruit Forward Lush is the name of the processing and while we are still practising to pronounce this term flawlessly at the next coffee festivals, we would much rather let the cup speak for itself. Because there are no questions left unanswered: this lot is incredibly fruity, intense, sweet, juicy and everything at the same time. We're usually not swept off our feet easily, but well - sometimes we are. What a fantastic coffee.
