Lapis lazuli is a rock that is composed of three important minerals: 1) lazurite (royal blue), 2) calcite (white), and 3) pyrite (metallic gold). This crushed lapis lazuli is high-quality (grade AA) and is from Pakistan. This material has a very deep, royal-blue color and the material darkens and deepens when the stone is wet or sealed with an adhesive. Definitely a great choice for projects that require that special “pop”. MATERIAL SIZE Our crushed sand-sized material ranges from very fine to coarse sand, and is available in three different size variations: 1mm to 2mm (coarse sand), 0.25mm to 2mm (medium sand), and 0.25mm to 1mm (fine sand).
