Drawn from paintings of British plants created in locations across Scotland and Yorkshire, each image captures both the beauty and scientific accuracy of Pearson’s work. Founded in 1670 as a physic garden for the study of medicinal plants, the Garden has grown into a world-renowned centre for plant science, conservation and research, with more than 70 acres of stunning landscape and a remarkable living collection from around the globe. This calendar brings together that rich heritage with a selection of botanical illustrations from the Garden’s Library collection. Each month features a different botanical painting accompanied by informative text about the flower, along with a practical date pad including previous and next month views. Printed and published in the UK on FSC-certified paper, the calendar is presented in plastic-free packaging.
