A gluten-free hot sauce inspired by the culinary traditions of the legendary city in Tennessee. Nashville sauce is a creamy, sweet sauce made with oil and cayenne pepper, traditionally used to coat fried chicken. Our version is sweetened with maple syrup and gluten-free red ale from the Alchimiste microbrewery. It’s a simple and simply delicious sauce to pair with fried chicken, sandwiches, and anything straight off the grill. A limited edition available only during the summer.
