08/20/26 Carnival Creations Cooking Class

Taught by Lori Peifer - Step right up for a night of favorite fair foods made right at home! You don’t need a carnival ticket to enjoy the flavors of the midway — we’re making homemade versions that are even better fresh from your own kitchen. In this fun, flavor-packed class we’ll make: Fried Pickles with Kickin’ Ranch Dip, Spiral Haystack Fries with savory dipping sauce, Lori’s favorite Cherry Cola Pulled Pork Sliders, Cinnamon Sugar Elephant Ears, and even Funnel Cakes! Of course, there will be icy fresh Lemon Shakeups to sip along the way! Class fee $50. Payment is required at time of registration. Classes are demonstration style, unless otherwise noted. Attendees watch an instructor and learn each recipe step by step. All class attendees must be 12 years or older; those under 16 must also have a parent or adult register AND attend/register a space for the class with them. Classes are for paid attendees only. We kindly ask that attendees not bring children or infants with them to class. Classes are BYOB; we provide tea, water & coffee. If you cannot attend a class for which you’re registered, you will need to notify us at least 5 days before the day of the class to receive a full refund or store credit, or to switch to a different class.
