It offers a beautifully balanced flavour - tangy, slightly sweet and pleasantly textured, with a gentle crunch in every bite. Tecuci has long been a centre of mustard craftsmanship, and Conu' Tache continues that legacy with an old recipe said to originate from the banks of the Bahlui River.
