Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Monterey, this Chardonnay is a bright, modern California style with freshness at its core. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness to balance fruit and acidity, with a thoughtful winemaking approach that blends partial fermentation in neutral oak with stainless steel ageing. Lees contact and 50% malolactic conversion add subtle texture and roundness, without losing the wine’s natural vibrancy. Fresh and inviting, with aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and orange blossom. The palate is crisp, fruity and beautifully balanced, combining orchard fruit with a gentle creaminess and a clean, refreshing finish.
