The Lemon and Almond Cake (6 to 8 guests)

Bright, sunny, irresistibly fresh: our Gâteau Citron-Amande is the pastry that wakes up the palate and calls for warm days. Four textures, one common thread: lemon. An almond streusel crust, for crunch and roundness. A lemon cream, for vibrancy. An intensely lemony bavarois, for airy lightness. A brown butter almond cake, for depth and softness. Made by our pastry team in our Chocolate Atelier in Greenfield Park, on Montréal's South Shore, in small batches. Available only for pickup at the Atelier: the fresh textures (mousses, creams, crunchy layers) don't travel well. Serves 6 to 8. Available to order online for pickup only. This cake is not available for home delivery through our online store. It can be purchased here on our online boutique for pickup at the Atelier (1420 Avenue Victoria, Greenfield Park).
