A slow 45-hour aerobic ferment pulls the fruit right to the front — raspberry and boysenberry, a wash of vanilla, and a smooth cream sweetness that ties it all together. Brought to us by Cofinet, it's fruit-driven, beautifully structured, and clean to the very last sip.
