Description eSUN PC-HT (High-Temperature Polycarbonate) is formulated specifically for demanding applications that require structural integrity under extreme heat and mechanical stress. While maintaining the high impact resistance and structural toughness of classic polycarbonate, PC-HT features an advanced chemical formula that boosts its heat deflection threshold well past 100°C. Unlike older PC blends that are notoriously prone to extreme warp, delamination, and stringing, eSUN PC-HT is modified to exhibit improved layer-to-layer bonding cohesion and reduced shrinkage. It is an optimal engineering filament for functional parts, load-bearing mechanical elements, machinery brackets, and high-heat electronics enclosures.
