Old bush vine Chenin Blanc is co-fermented with nine other varieties and then aged for 20 months in old oak foudres and 500 litre barriques. And it is truly delicious with masses going on. There's richness but it's all in balance with fresh acidity and the little nuanced flavours that come through keep you coming back for more. I noted baked apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, quince, honey, minerals, baking spice, toast, apple blossom and almonds. Really complex and brilliant value for the quality. Top notch!
