In this class, families will learn how to prepare sushi rice, choose fillings, and roll their own maki. The instructor will guide students step by step through simple rolling techniques, making the process approachable for both kids and adults. Families will work together to create their own sushi rolls and enjoy the sushi they make in class. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today! Class Policy & Attire Guidelines NY Cake Academy classes are held at our Manhattan flagship location at 118 W 22nd Street, New York, NY. Classes are hands-on, interactive experiences designed to provide practical instruction in a fun and supportive environment. For safety and comfort, participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back during class. Registration & Class Size Class sizes are limited to help ensure proper instruction and attention. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as classes may fill quickly. Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, and no registrations will be accepted after the deadline. Late Arrival Policy Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will forfeit their registration. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for late arrivals. Cancellations, Class Changes & Transfers Cancellations or class changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Any class switch or transfer is subject to a $35.00 administrative fee and availability.
