Plants are shipped in their pot, securely packaged with care. All plants are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. While we package with great care and 99% of our plants arrive in perfect condition, minor cosmetic damage may occur during transit (e.g., broken, browned, wilted, or dead leaves). Our plants are grown outdoors in the lush environment of the Big Island of Hawaii. While we regularly treat for pests, we cannot guarantee a 100% bug free plant. Each plant is inspected by our team prior to shipment though. Important Notes Returns are not accepted. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order. If you are in a cold climate or your package will travel through cold regions, we strongly recommend purchasing a heat pack and/or thermal wrap (available in our shop for $4).
