The romper is made out of a blush satin adorned with white glitter vinyl with gold details. All of tutus are made with many yards of high quality tulle to ensure that they are full and fluffy! Non-roll, stretchy elastic is used on the waist band so that it will stretch a few more inches to ensure a comfortable fit. The length is proportionate to size ordered. This set is made-to-order.
