Suitable for a C measurement of 14-18" The dog MUST be able to get up still. It's okay if you need to help them, but they must still be able to walk on their own. This severe sleeve is heavier and wider and was developed for squatty dogs (GSD/ German Shepherds). Those dogs where attaching a sleeve to below the knee is not suitable, due to knee buckling and advanced weakness. The sleeve opening is above the knee like a pair of thigh high stockings. It keeps the dog from buckling. Common conditions include: Degenerative Myelitis, Knuckling Dogs or Injured Dogs, and any condition or age related degeneration, slowing.
