Bright Eyed Espresso is our newest foundational pillar, and it accomplishes just that. Built from a completely different profile & regions than our do-it-all espresso blend, 7-10 Split, Bright Eyed is finely tailored to be used as a black coffee and enjoyed as an espresso, americano, or long black. It is sweet & citrusy while still being well balanced. It is higher in acid while using two wonderful components of washed Peru & Ethiopia lots. And it's an extension of building more foundational relationships from farms & producers, in which we have loved to worked with for years. For a long time we have wanted to create a new coffee that could be a parallel our daily driver, and this complements its predecessor perfectly. Bright Eyed is a welcome addition to LVC's offer list, and will be enjoyed by anyone who loves their espressos sweet and bright.
