Friday Evening Mindfulness in Crafting with Emily Walsh
This a Friday evening session open to everyone. Start time is 7:15 after dinner. Mindfulness in Crafting Learn, explore and practice in real-time. How mindfulness is already built into your crafting will be discussed + multiple specific strategies to add to the goodness will be demonstrated. Teacher: Emily Walsh Emily Walsh began studying Art Therapy at age 18 and earned her Master's in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology + Art Therapy from Naropa University. She practiced as a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist from 2008-2024. Through her private practice, The Art Therapy Studio, she facilitated therapy and professional training in Mindfulness + Art Therapy. On hiatus as the Coordinator for Studio Art at Ithaca College, she anxiously seeks the next art + people-liberation vocation to sink her teeth into. She lives in Candor with her Husband and cat--who is named after beer.
