Mariana - Costa Rica

Summer is coming early this year thanks to Mariana from the Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica. Mariana, the name of the coffee variety, is a newer F1 hybrid cultivar. It’s only been introduced to three countries, and has been received well for high production matched with high cup quality. On the Aquiares estate, this lot specifically is processed like a traditional natural by cherry sorting then drying on patios and raised beds for 16-20 days. In the cup, expect vibrant watermelon paired with rooibos and hibiscus depth.
