700ml | 33% ABV | Limited edition | Small Batch | Distilled on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Our fan favourite Mum's Rose Bouquet returns for 2026 — crafted with locally grown rose petals, rosella and rose hip, delivering a deep fuchsia colour and a flavour profile that's fragrant, sophisticated and utterly its own. On the nose it's fresh florals and bright berry — rosewater, hibiscus and a little tartness that keeps it from being too pretty. On the palate it's elegantly balanced: floral and fragrant, with a juicy rosella zing, soft rose sweetness and a clean, lingering finish from the rose hips. Pour it over ice with premium tonic or pop it in a flute with sparkling. Best served in a Mum 75: shaken with fresh lemon and topped with sparkling wine. Or simply over ice with tonic and a wedge of lemon.
