Wheel Thrown and Hand Decorated Porcelain Mug by Galaxy Clay. One of a kind of mug. I drew an illustration with underglaze and used slip trailing technique. It's been bisque fired, glaze fired at cone 6 and painted with 22 ct gold luster as a third firing. After then I painted it with Mother of Pearl luster and fired a fourth time to create bright shiny iridescent. Porcelain with underglaze, glaze, 22ct gold luster and mother of pearl luster. Measures 3.5 ” tall X ” 5 " wide (approx 14 oz)
