1803 Old Indonesian Comb

Indonesian Dayak Comb Artistically carved comb 'Heavy is the head that wears the crown' - the man has to support his crown / hairstyle with his hands :) Note the arm bands, thigh bands and very typical earring and pendant worn. Probably Dayak art. Likely early-mid 1900s Probably made of fossilized or hard wood *** Museum Examples: The British Museum
