Kruger-Rumpf Estate Riesling Trocken 2025

​Bone-dry, super refreshing Riesling from a small, organic producer in the Nahe region. The Kruger-Rumpf family has been making wine here in the Nahe region as far back as the early 1700’s! Like many winemakers, they originally just farmed their vines and sold off the fruit to local negociants, but in 1984 Stefan Rumpf decided they had some very special holdings and began producing and bottling their own wines. They have now been farming organically for many years and started incorporated bee hives and sheep to increase biodiversty. This bone-dry Riesling is a textbook example of how refreshing a lean, crisp glass of ‘not-at-all’ sweet RIesling can be. Try this on any hot day with anything from chips and guac with pork tacos to salmon with dill sauce.
