Brewery: Cornella Brewery Style: Black IPA Volume: 440ml ABV: 6.8% Locality: Cornella, VIC Hops: Columbus, Cascade & Vista Description: For Ultraviolet, we mash-hopped with Columbus to introduce hidden flavour compounds early in the brew. As the yeast goes to work, bright notes of tropical fruit illuminate a smooth, pitch-black malt canvas. To elevate this aroma, we layered in Cascade & Vista hops, capped off with a concentrated dose of Cascade hop oil. The result is a vibrant blend of sweet papaya, ripe melon, and citrus that stands in striking contrast to the dark. Taste the unseen.
