Irish Whiskey & Honey Roasted Peanuts: A silky ganache made using single malt Irish whiskey, is balanced with peanuts roasted in Ballymore raw Irish honey. Dark Malt Caramel Crunch: A malty crumble made using Biasol brewers saved grains complements our signature salted caramel, lightly seasoned with Oriel sea salt from County Louth.
