Recovery Run is a 5K community run with a guided warm-up, paced groups, a proper cooldown, and a recovery lounge, all in one morning. How the Morning Works 7:00AM: Check-in Collect your Soluxe tote, shaker, and protein sachet. Get your wristband and settle in. 7:15AM: Warm-up with Re-hub A guided dynamic warm-up to get you moving properly before the run. 7:20AM: 5K Run Choose your pace. We'll have pace groups for different speeds; whether you're running easy or pushing hard. Nobody runs alone. ~8:10AM: Cooldown with Re-hub Guided breathing, mobility, and recovery drills. The part most runs skip. ~8:20AM: Recovery Lounge at FIVE Redeem your smoothie, grab a coffee, hang with the crew.
