Calcium Carbonate 100g Also known as Chalk, Calcium Carbonate is used to increases pH. Great for dark beers in areas with soft water. Dosage: 1 gram per 3.8L adds 106 ppm calcium, 158 ppm carbonate. Most effective when added directly to the mash.
