ALL IN SUMMER DAY CAMP 2026 Welcome to the official registration page for ALL IN Summer Day Camp 2026 β a high-energy action sports program focused on Scooter and BMX riding, progression, recreation, and summer fun. This program combines professional instruction, supervised riding, recreation activities, contests, games, and open ride sessions in a safe and exciting action sports environment. DAY CAMP FORMAT ALL IN Day Camp is designed to provide riders with a flexible, fun, and progression-focused camp experience without overnight accommodations. Participants may be dropped off daily beginning at 9:00 AM. Official camp programming begins each day at 10:00 AM. RECOMMENDED AGES Recommended Ages: 13+ Participants under 13 years old may require approval prior to registration depending on riding experience, maturity, and camp availability. WHAT TO BRING Participants should bring: Riding gear Helmet Water bottle Lunch (unless otherwise specified) Comfortable clothing Sunscreen for outdoor activities Any required medications HELMET & SAFETY POLICY Helmets are mandatory during all riding sessions. Recommended safety equipment includes: Knee pads Elbow pads Gloves ALL IN reserves the right to prohibit participation if proper safety equipment is not used. IMPORTANT PROGRAM NOTICE ALL IN Camp is an action sports recreational program and is not a licensed childcare service. Participation in ALL IN Camp involves inherent risks associated with action sports and recreational activities. MEDICAL & EMERGENCY INFORMATION Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing all: Medical conditions Allergies Dietary restrictions Medications Behavioral concerns Emergency medical information prior to participation. By registering, parents/guardians authorize ALL IN staff to contact emergency medical services and seek medical treatment if deemed necessary in the event the parent/guardian cannot be reached. MEDICATION POLICY Parents/guardians must disclose all medications prior to participation. All prescription medications must remain in original labeled containers. Participants capable of responsibly managing approved medications may self-administer medication with written parent/guardian authorization. Emergency medications such as inhalers and EpiPens must remain accessible to the participant at all times unless otherwise discussed with staff. ALL IN staff are not medical professionals and are not responsible for administering medication schedules or monitoring dosages beyond emergency response and basic first aid. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS ALL IN is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. Participants are expected to: Respect staff and fellow participants Follow all safety instructions Participate appropriately Respect camp property and equipment Follow camp rules If a participant demonstrates unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior, ALL IN reserves the right to remove the participant from camp without refund. Parents/guardians may be required to arrange immediate pickup. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following are strictly prohibited: Drugs Alcohol Smoking products Vapes Weapons Illegal substances Dangerous materials Parents/guardians are responsible for checking participant belongings before arrival. Possession of prohibited items may result in immediate removal from camp without refund. BAG INSPECTION POLICY ALL IN reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings if staff reasonably believe prohibited items or unsafe materials are present. ASSUMPTION OF RISK By participating in ALL IN Camp, parents/guardians and participants acknowledge that BMX riding, scooter riding, ramps, foam pits, resi ramps, recreational activities, transportation activities, and camp programming involve inherent risks including serious injury, paralysis, or death. Participation is voluntary and at the participantβs own risk. All participants must complete and sign required waiver and assumption of risk documentation prior to participation. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE By attending ALL IN Camp, participants and parents/guardians consent to photography and video recording for promotional, advertising, YouTube, website, livestream, and social media purposes without compensation. CAMP CHANGES & OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY ALL IN reserves the right to: Modify schedules Adjust activities Change instructors or guest riders Cancel sessions if necessary Modify recreation outings Changes may occur due to: Weather Safety concerns Staffing Registration numbers Facility conditions Operational requirements PICKUP POLICY Participants must be picked up promptly at the end of each camp day unless prior arrangements have been approved. If a participant is leaving with anyone other than a parent/legal guardian, written authorization may be required.
