Grade A New Zealand grass fed Fillet. 20 Days aged, exceptional quality. Origin: New Zealand Slaughtered in: New Zealand Cut in: New Zealand Packed in The UK. Produced in environment handling wheat, milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame & nuts Storage: Keep below -18oC Use in 3 days of defrosting. Cooking Instructions IF USED FOR STEAKS : Season well & cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side on a lightly oiled preheated cast iron HOT pan. Let it rest for 2 minutes before eating. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the heat of the pan. For ideal eating we suggest aiming for no more than medium rare!
