This version of the Yusuke Alpine Blade Ti features a custom lens with edge ventilation to support airflow at high altitudes, designed for the first-ever ascent of Jannu East in October 2025. The frame is a six-base, blade-style proprietary sunglass system composed entirely of lightweight, durable, aerospace-grade titanium. Lens: The lens shaping draws inspiration from early alpine and explorer eyewear, where the lens acted as a protective shield for the eyes and face. The lens interiors are treated with both anti-reflective and oleophobic coatings for holistic eye protection and water and oil repellency. D+ Onyx Mirror was developed for physical pursuits requiring maximum sun protection. The mirror coating facilitates additional infrared screening.
