Sweet Longanisa

After working with our amazing Filipino staff to produce a true and traditional recipe, we’re beyond excited to announce a new line of sausages inspired by the tastes of the Philippines. The Sweet Longanisa, a slightly spicy and sweet, raw, Filipino sausage that is perfect to panfry or put right over some open flames until cooked to perfection. Cooking Instructions: Cook in a pan for best results. Cook for approx. 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F. These sausages are raw and must be fully cooked.
