Centennial Chai is Winterwoods’ beloved version of the popular blend of Indian spices and herbs including ginger, fennel, cardamom, cloves and black peppercorns. Crafted with strong Assam black tea, all ingredients in this custom blend are organic and fair trade. Boiled with water, milk and sugar or honey, this tea is for those who enjoy their chai spicy! Preparation: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water to boiling. Steep for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk and sugar or honey to taste.
