The hero is a single live edge black walnut slab, hand-selected with the buyer and wrapped continuously across the transaction face and counter top — the natural edge runs the full length, uninterrupted. Beneath, a recessed floor reveal with concealed warm LED lets the entire desk appear to float a half-inch off the floor. Behind the public face, the receptionist's work counter sits at ADA-compliant seated height with full concealed storage, fitted in walnut. All technology — power, data, phone, monitor, the receptionist's screens — routes through machined channels and emerges only where required. There is no visible cable in the lobby.
