Cloudburst

Cloudburst is the set for the moment monsoon owns the sky and the city looks small beneath it. The clouds catch fire at sunset, the harbour glows back, the rain holds its breath one second longer than expected. The mood is dramatic, painterly, a saawan opera the eye wants to stay inside.The left panel holds an orange-and-grey cumulus cloud rising over a harbour, water reflecting the fire above.
