De Moor Aligoté Plantation 1902
Alice and Olivier De Moor are winemakers with a cult status in France, growing natural Chardonnay and Aligoté in Chablis that has attained something of a mythical status. This is the rarest of the De Moor wines, a stunning Aligoté made from a tiny, 0.5 hectare plot of vines planted in 1902 in clay soils in Satin-Bris. Laser like focus, energy and drive with crystalline citrus, delicate flower and exotic spice notes.
