We teamed up with our neighbors at Harrand Hill Farm to source their fresh-grown jalapeños, dehydrated them, and started the grinding process. Fair warning — that part briefly cleared us right out of our own commercial kitchen. This stuff is potent. But once the dust settled (literally), we knew we were onto something. We blended the pepper with our own coarse garlic granules and got close — but something was still missing. Then it hit us: lime. That bright hit of acid tied the whole thing together perfectly.
