Farm-to-Barrel Release

We’ve got a real farm-to-barrel kind of release coming up 🥃🍁 We’re hosting a special tasting for a one-of-a-kind cask with a story that starts right here in the countryside. This barrel first held bourbon, then went over to our friends at Agronomy Farms where they aged their own maple syrup — tapped from their trees and boiled down on site the old-fashioned way. When they were done with it, the barrel came back to us, and we filled it with our high rye whiskey and let time do the rest. What came out of that barrel is something we’re pretty proud of. You get the spice from the rye, the sweetness from the maple, and that deep oak character tying it all together. We gave it a try and figured this was something worth sharing. We’re inviting folks to the distillery for a tasting of this special cask, and as a thank-you for coming out, anyone who joins us will get the chance to pre-purchase a bottle at a discounted price before it’s officially released.
