Gaggia Classic UP

Gaggia Classic UP has a traditional 0.12 L lead-free brass boiler with Quick Heat Up technology, which ensures fast heating and quick achievement of target temperature, keeping it stable from the first coffee thanks to the PID system. In fact, temperature is constant thanks to two PIDs: one dedicated to coffee (adjustable directly from the display), and the other one for steam. The fixed 9-bar OPV valve ensures the ideal pressure for a perfectly brewed espresso, while the analog pressure gauge allows you to monitor the pressure in real time. The automatic preinfusion, which can be activated or deactivated from the settings menu, offers three intensity levels – MIN, MED and MAX – to adapt to different coffee blends and grind sizes, enhancing their full flavor profile and promoting a more solid and balanced extraction.
