Turkish Apple Powder / Fruit Sugar

Traditional Turkish apple powder is a sweetened apple drink, traditionally enjoyed hot or served over ice as a refreshing fruity drink. Simply dissolve 1–2 heaped tablespoons in boiling water to enjoy warm, or allow to cool and serve chilled. Also suitable for use as a fruit sugar—stir into brewed fruit infusions, fruity black teas, or herbal blends such as hibiscus, then chill to create a naturally sweet, fruit-forward iced tea.
