● 14/1 American Cotton OE Jersey Stitch ● Cotton 50% / Recycled Cotton 50% ● White / Coke Red ● Delivery : March プリントTのボディーを糸からこだわって作りました。米綿オープンエンド糸と落綿を50%ずつ混ぜ合わせた14/1の糸を使った天竺。オープンエンド糸は繊維間に空間があるためボリューム感があり、繊維が均一にならないのでザラ感が生じます。落綿は短繊維の組み合わせとなるため、凹凸やムラ感、柔らかい肌触りがうまれます。つまり、ザラ感はあるが着心地がいいTシャツを作りたかったのです。 通常よりゆったりとした身幅のボディーを顔料で染色し、プリントの後フェード加工を施します。 This T-shirt body was developed from scratch, starting with the yarn itself. It is made from a jersey knit using 14/1 yarn spun with 50% U.S. cotton open-end yarn and 50% waste cotton. Open-end yarn has more space between fibers, creating volume and a natural uneven texture, while waste cotton contains short fibers that bring irregularity, slub-like variation, and a soft touch. The result is a T-shirt with a distinctive dry hand yet excellent comfort. The body has a looser fit than standard tees, dyed with pigments, printed, and then given a fade treatment for a vintage effect.
