Kluane x TRiCKETT T-Shirt – Dylan Climbs

I think t-shirts are great, but I think t-shirts that are a collaboration between us and a Canadian jacket manufacturer (who operate from a basement on a main shopping street in Edmonton) are even better. This t-shirt marks the beginning of the first chapter of the TRiCKETT x Kluane ongoing project where I make lots of nice things and Dylan from Kluane nods his head in agreement and we call it a collab. Kluane’s jacket are beautifully made and super warm, however the weather isn’t always like that, even in Accrington, so we decided that for spring/summer we needed something a little less hardcore and here it is, our t-shirt. This graphic is the first ever graphic that we did for Kluane and Dylan liked it so much he cried (probably). There is a person at the foot of a load of mountains thinking to themselves, ‘In my Kluane jacket, I can conquer any of this’, with really beautiful detail of the peak, snow and sky line. In fact this graphic is liked by so many people, even my dad said that this may well be the nicest image we have ever produced. At the front is the new TRiCKETT x Kluane logo and here is a little secret for you… this illustration is on the woven label on the inside of all the new Kluane jackets which are to be released this winter! How about that eh? The t-shirts are made in Canada (like all of Kluane’s jackets) and then they are printed by master printer Jim in Huddersfield. The t-shirts are made from a mid-weight, off-white, soft cotton jersey that already feels like it has been washed a few times before you get it. That way you can pretend that you have known about Edmonton’s finest jacket makers for years… Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone. So now you can wear Kluane all year round and even pretend that you have an encyclopaedic knowledge of outdoor jacket brands and that is really all we need. 100% cotton.
