These burgers are 100% grass-fed lamb. They do not contain any rusk, herbs, spices, onions, salt or pepper. They are additive free, grain-free, gluten free and salt free. These burgers are made with 100% grass fed lamb. They are made from un-aged grass fed lamb which has been butchered within 3 days of slaughter and quick frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. These burgers should be stored frozen, and cooked within 12 hours of thawing. As these burgers do not contain any rusk, they should be cooked in the oven. Do not turn. Please note: These burgers will crumble when cooked as there is no rusk to bind them into a patty shape - they are just pure minced lamb, pressed into a shape. They contain no seasoning, so you can season to taste before you cook them. Ingredients Grass fed lamb 100%.
