Photo Book — ReFrame / How we see the world

We are thrilled to announce this initiative to bring our work together in a print book. Please read below and submit your work. Submission Theme: ReFrame / How we see the world. When we began the Phone Photo Workshops, our mission was to shift the photographer's mindset from mindless photo-taking to mindful observational practice, which ultimately leads to photographs the photographer is connected to. Through this ReFraming of our perspective, we can impact how we present the world around us and inspire others. These are the photos we want in the first WAO Book. We are looking for inspiring, personal, and meaningful compositions that are purposefully created and edited to enhance their impact. Words to accompany the image can also be submitted in a Word document labelled with the same filename. Use your intuition to select the work you would like to see in print. If you're not sure, don't hesitate to get in touch with me, and I can help you pick them out. About The Book Shane Rozario will curate and manage the photos submitted into a hardcover book. We intend to use either the Journi Print app or the Once Upon App. The final digital publication will be made available as a private online publication to the WAO community. The final price of the finished book will depend on the number of pages it has. This is a not-for-profit project. All purchases are made directly through the App by anyone who would like a copy. Specifications: Please submit your images at their highest possible resolution. (I will inform you if the resolution is insufficient) Words to accompany the image can also be submitted in a Word document labelled with the same filename. When submitting, please make sure you name your files as follows: FirstName_LastName_Tittle_(Number).jpeg (If submitting more than one image, please add a consecutive number) Have fun with it!
