Honduras El Ocotillo

El Ocotillo is truly a micro-lot to be enjoyed and we are glad to be connected with Ismael Benitez, the farmer behind its quality. Ismael has typically grouped his coffee in with his father's lots, but has been separating his coffee out to shine on its own the last two years. It features a great compact sweetness, similar to dried figs and apricots, with a velvety mouthfeel.
