To remember what it feels like to watch sunlight dance across the floor, or listen to your own breath without distraction. Led by Tams ~ artist, storyteller, and creative guide — Soul Stories Reset is a three-day, two-night experience for those who want to reconnect with what’s real & true. Through stillness, gentle creativity, and honest conversation, you’ll rediscover the quiet joy of simple living and the curiosity what sets your soul on fire… ⸻ The Heart of the Reset This isn’t about achieving or escaping. It’s about slowing down — enough to hear your own whispers again. You’ll spend slow, unhurried days in nature: walking, stretching (yoga), creating, and sharing stories beside the most beautiful fire pit . Fasting (or light nourishment with fruits and soups) will be part of this gentle reset — helping you cleanse, restore, and return to being present. There is a possibility that within your reset, we may welcome a special guest — a kindred spirit such as a musician, herbalist, chef, creative or storyteller — who brings fresh perspective and creative energy to your experience. Everything that is offered is not required ’to do’ as such – if you’re feeling to take a bath and read a book instead of going for a Wetlands walk & talk session, then I want to encourage you to do what you feel your body needs/wants… If there is anything that most of us takes a lifetime to learn, is to stop people pleasing & set boundaries that’s in our best interest… ⸻ What You’ll Experience • Connection — Face-to-face, real, and unfiltered. Let nature remind you how to breathe again. • Fasting & Nourishment — A mindful reset for body and spirit. If fasting isn’t possible, simple and beautiful food — fruit, soups, and herbal teas, will support your rhythm. • Reflection — Time to think, to dream, and to return home with a softer, truer way of being.
