PB&J (Legacy Series) This new legacy coffee comes from Bioma Cafe in Brazil. Bioma Cafe is a "Cup of Excellence Brazil" winner. Cup of Excellence is a coffee competition that rewards the top 20 coffee growers in a country who have the best tasting coffees. Bioma Cafe is a newer generation coffee producer using a lot of experimentation and technology to produce repeatable high quality coffees. They try to control as much of the growing and producing variables as they can, and use feedback from roasters like us to improve how their customers want them to.
