Composite Steel PETG

Bringing PETG properties to metal composites! Made with real steel powder! Protopasta Composite Steel PETG is 60% 400-series stainless steel by weight, like our original Steel-filled Metal Composite PLA. The main difference is you get PETG properties. Properties include: Metal finishes like cast (as printed), brushed/sanded, or polished. Ferromagnetic (magnets stick to it) Increased durability - filament bends without breaking Increased heat resistance compared to PLA Higher strength compared to PLA and HTPLA Less heat resistance than heat treated HTPLA Prints like PETG, but a lower nozzle temp can reduce stinging Density ~2x PETG (~1/2 length and volume compared to PETG) Visit our blog for more information.
