Orders are generally delivered within 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. Shipping charges: USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item. Rest of the World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item. Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling before dispatch. COMBINED SHIPPING We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one shipment. This limitation is maintained to reduce the possibility of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and securely. For our regular buyers, this limit may be revised based on individual circumstances. PAYMENT Payment should be completed within 3 days of purchase. RETURNS & REFUNDS We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please carefully check the item against the listing upon receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Items must be unused, original and undamaged. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
