Imbolc

Imbolc ~ Celebrating the returning of the light, as the days begin the lengthen once more. Mother Earth yawns and stretches, finally rousing from her long hibernation, thr first signs of life begin to stir below the ground. A small but infinitely powerful seed is planted ~ a seed of light, hope and inspiration. Translating to ‘in the belly’, the Earth is pregnant with potential and growth, fertile ground for renewal. Size A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm) watercolour on cotton
