Mini Aroma Diffuser and USB Humidifier for Car or Desk

Small enough for a cup holder, which is the whole design brief. Most car diffusers are either a vent clip that holds almost nothing, or a full sized desktop unit wedged somewhere it does not fit. This is neither. It runs off USB, so a car socket or a laptop both work, and it is sized to sit in a cup holder or beside a keyboard without taking over.
